Hygiene Team

Zoe is a Registered Dental Hygienist practicing alongside the fantastic Nuera Dental team. Not only are the team members colleagues with over 100 years of combined experience, but also great friends! Zoe has been practicing dental hygiene for almost 5 years. Prior to completing her Dental Hygiene diploma, she was a registered Dental Assistant. In total, Zoe has been in the dental industry for 14 years and counting!

Zoe prides herself on building lasting relationships with her patients and is well versed in executing and explaining the varied dental procedures available. Her ongoing goal is to help patients identify their risk factors and implement preventative techniques to help lower each person’s risk factors so that optimal oral health can be achieved. Zoe is gentle, friendly, and ultimately wants all of her patients to feel seen and heard.

When not busy dedicating her time to helping others obtain optimal oral health, Zoe loves feeding her passion for travelling the world (pre-COVID!). She has been to several countries all over the globe and enjoys understanding other ways of life and tasting all the wonderful cuisines the world has to offer. Zoe is currently attempting to learn Spanish, as her husband is originally from Guatemala. Zoe hopes to one day retire to a warm and sunny climate abroad. Zoe also loves hiking with her dog and cracking oldies while she sings along. She also loves reading mostly fictional and murder mystery books and is currently a part of a book club where she and her friends can share thoughts, ideas, and many personal experiences that have shaped their lives and thought processes.

Born and raised in Lower Mainland BC, Chantelle has lived in Calgary since 2008. Chantelle completed her training for dental hygiene in Hamilton, ON, graduating in 2007. She has been with Nuera Dental Centre since the spring of 2008 and loves providing the best dental care and education possible, while building long-lasting relationships with her patients.

In her spare time, Chantelle can be found in the kitchen cooking up a storm or lost in a book. She enjoys travelling, whether it’s for leisure or re-connecting with her large extended family.

Ferozan has been practicing dental hygiene for 20 years and has been a team member at Nuera Dental Centre since February 2015. Ferozan loves working at Nuera Dental Center, and feels like she has found a perfect team environment to work in. Over the years, Ferozan has enjoyed working with patients of all ages, helping them achieve optimal oral health. and always enjoy meeting new people.

When Ferozan is not busy working, she loves spending time with her 3 wonderful children, reading a good book, and listening to good music. Her favourite vacation spot right now is Kelowna, BC, where she and her family get to pick fruits, eat cherry pies, and spend time in the water!

Hello! I’m Khushi, your Dental Hygienist at Nuera Dental Centre since 2022. Beyond routine care, cleanings, and checkups, I’m dedicated to crafting personalized oral hygiene education for each individual that comes to Nuera Dental Centre. I love to give positive and constructive feedback along with sharing tips, tricks and techniques for maintaining that perfect smile at home. What I love most is building genuine connections with my clients and getting to know each of you as unique individuals. Outside the dental realm, I enjoy hiking and staying active with yoga and strength training. I love to express my creativity through painting, logo design, and digital graphics/artwork, along with doing professional makeup on others.
